Richelle Segura is a corporate lawyer specializing in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business transfers, corporate finance, real estate finance and general corporate and commercial advisory work. Prior to joining Al Ansari Law, Ms. Segura represented the government of the Republic of the Philippines and some of its agencies such as the Department of Energy and the Philippine Electricity Market Corporation on various national and international commercial matters.
