Mahmoud Abdelraouf: Mahmoud is an experienced litigation lawyer with extensive practice before the Qatari courts. He advises clients on a wide range of commercial, civil, criminal, and labor disputes across various sectors. His work covers all stages of litigation, from drafting legal memoranda and pleadings, to appearing in hearings, and overseeing enforcement measures. Mahmoud’s diligence and strategic approach strengthen the Firm’s litigation team and provide clients with effective support through out all stages of their disputes, ensuring that their interests are well protected before the courts.
Before joining Al Ansari Law, Mahmoud worked for a local law firm and expert office in Qatar.

• Represented a major Electro-mechanical company in a large-scale construction dispute valued at approximately QAR 167 million.
• Represented a private Qatari joint stock company in a commercial claim dispute valued at QAR 80 million.
• Acted for a prominent engineering and infrastructure consultancy in a tax dispute valued at QAR 1 million.
• Representing clients in civil, commercial, and labor disputes before all court levels in Qatar.
• Managing direct communication with judicial and administrative authorities, ensuring timely and effective legal action.
• Draft legal memorandums for major clients in various matters including civil, commercial, administrative, criminal and employment disputes.
• Advise clients in complex contractual and commercial disputes, including compensation claims and breach of contract matters.
