Aysha Al-Ansari is a litigator with experience representing clients in complex civil and commercial disputes across a wide range of industries, including construction, real estate, banking, and energy. She has acted before local courts and arbitral tribunals, advising both domestic and international clients on all aspects of dispute resolution—from pre-litigation strategy through to enforcement.

She also assists client in connection with arbitration under leading institutional rules such as ICC, LCIA, and QICCA, and regularly counsels clients on risk management, settlement negotiations, and regulatory compliance in contentious matters.
